Campaigners bring a legal challenge

Campaigners connected with Kings Cliffe Waste Watchers and
Local Democracy in Action are bringing a legal challenge to the
Secretary of State’s decision to allow the disposal of Low Level Radioactive
waste at the East Northants Resource Management Facility.
What are LDA doing?
Local Democracy in Action are trying to help this legal challenge in
every way possible. Legal challenges cost money and even with the good offices
of our solicitor and barrister, we will still be faced with substantial legal
expenses. Therefore we need the entire area's help to raise these funds.
Local Democracy in Action and Kings Cliffe Waste Watchers will be
arranging events in the local villages and, hopefully, further a field.
